Welcome to the Marsh Lake Community

     We are an active deed restricted community across the bridge from Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. The Association offers such amenities as two pools, tennis court, fishing, nature trails, 3 lakes and a private dock for residents. Under the Marsh Lake Community Association, Inc. umbrella, there are two different types of housing available for residents:  The Estates offer single family homes located on the marsh, Marsh Lake, and ocean waterways. The Villages provide a cluster of town homes, many of which are located on or around our lakes with beautiful views.
